As we head into the festive season, and the trend of making high end of cocktails at home continues, we thought we’d throw together a seasonal treat for all those budding mixologists out there.

Our Sherry 7 Reposado already carries that lovely winter berry taste along with a cask strength kick, and we had a lot of fun mixing this one up. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

 

Storywood Festive Spritz

30ml Storywood Sherry 7 Reposado tequila

15ml Cherry Heering

5ml yellow Chartreuse

Two dashes mole (chocolate) bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupette, then top with your favourite sparkling wine.

Garnish with a cherry, and enjoy!
